Review of Following (1999) by Joshua P — 13 Aug 2010
This movie is quite smart, pretentiously so, but in spite of its intelligence it is slow, unpolished and the work of someone who clearly likes labyrinthian plots but has not yet perfected the piloting of them.
I like the unique use of time, I like the villain, I like the premise, but it is the work of someone who has not yet become the demigod of film that he is currently.
