Review of Focus (2014) by Catinca C — 20 May 2015
Slightly complicated plot with twists and turns, but unfortunately these are either quite expectable or so unexpected as to be almost separated from the main point of the film; you either knew they were coming or don't care that they're there.
She's an attractive kitten, playing the part well; he's a seduced seducer, but cannot really play the seducer type - if his shirts wouldn't be tight on his upper body, you might miss the seducing potential altogether.
Overall OK, but would not recommend.
