Review of Flyboys (2006) by Curtis H — 20 Nov 2008
Starting off in a fairly cliche manner, this WWI true story, does eventually get off the ground. Entertaining mid-air fire-fights, and fantastic depiction of the earliest uses of planes combatically are what you will get out of this movie.
Its a war movie, and a true story, it has a motley crew of likeable and unlikeable characters, hateable villains, and is on the whole, quite a nice ride.
