REALLY lopsided documentary that argues clean drinking water is everyones right. While I agree with it in principle, the film doesn't really go on to argue about who should pay for it or how we can actually make it happen.
It shows off the evil people who charge for water and some isolated cases of people helping, but it doesn't really provide a blueprint for success.
