Meryl Streep and Hugh Grant give wonderful.
Performances in a very unusual film set in.
NY during WW11. If you enjoy an eccentric woman of the arts being laughed at behind her back because of an awful operatic voice.
Than this is the movie for you. Frankly I found the idea of putting the real life woman's antics on screen quite pathetic and a waste of good actors and time.
