Watched this on DVD last night - very thought provoking, especially as this country is soo hopeless at organising itself in the face of wind, rain, snow etc.. god help us if something like this really did happen, and who knows when that might be with these weird changes in climate we're having.
Enjoyed the film, definitely a Sunday afternoon watch! lol.
