Review of Floating Weeds (1959) by Jordan T — 14 Mar 2009
A beautiful meditation of happiness and sadness, merged together in the perfect realization of Ozu's very unique style. An acting troupe's stop in a small town where the head of the group reunites with his former lover has instant ramifications as the troupe slowly begins to break up.
