Review of Flipped (2010) by Lazara C — 04 Aug 2011
Loved the movie, its not just about a cute movie of childhood love. Its about the issues that families have and how others tend to judge others without knowing their situation. Madeline character obsessed about the new neighbor in town when in reality he is not really interested but actually annoyed.
Slowly, he starts to notice how wrong his judgments were but starts to develop feelings and Madeline character noticed the opposite that he was never interested. At the end, it works perfectly. The acting was good but also the narrating from both sides on how they saw things.
John Mahoney was just great, who wouldn't want to have a grandfather like that.
