(2005) Flightplan.
DRAMA/ THRILLER.
One word to describe this film is simplistic which the kidnapping of her daughter is only an excuse to showcase yet again Jodie Foster empowering herself except this film lacks any suspense. The motivation for that kidknapping is one of the most absent I had ever heard before failing to generate any thrills. Similar to Jodie Foster's previous effort "Panic Room" except the set up this time is on a plane! It does however showcases the inside "remnants" of a jet plane which I find interesting even though I can find this kind of information on my own either by "google" or by watching the "Discovery" channel, it's a little interesting to see one's possibilities if ones being chased aound a plane like why would anyone be chased around a cockpit in the first is alomst a million to one - it must be alot of fun making this film!
2.5 out of 4.
