Review of Flightplan (2005) by Brad R — 19 Sep 2012
A few minor plot holes overlooked, "Flightplan" is a sharply crafted, thrilling ride through some of the familiar territory of Alfred Hitchcock's "The Lady Vanishes" (one particular homage involving breathe on a window is a nice touch).
The performances on part of the leads Jodie Foster, Peter Sarsgaard, and Sean Bean are pitch perfect and the film grips your attention all the way through the explosive third act. It's a solid thriller.
