Possibly the worst Seagal film, ever made. about 70 percent of footage is stock footage, taken direct from another film. And Seagal, who speaks english, is dubbed. Into a different accent of english. What's more, there are several dubbed voices, not just the one. One is American, one is English, one is Seagal. It's the thrill of the movie, trying to figure out which voice is his!
(I'm still giving it a four because it's Seagal and because Seagal is the greatest actor alive).
