Review of Flight of Fury (2007) by Andrea B — 01 Apr 2007
Now this was one of Steven Seagals better offerings. He churns out about three a year and none are any good. It's been one of his better films since Exit wounds. Now I know a few of you are thinking that Exit Wounds wasn't that great at all.
It wasn't great but it was good and it had credibility, being a warner Bros film. But since Steve's left their care he's churned out some serious shite. This wasn't bad at all and the unneccesary dubbing of his voice for an actor who sounds nothing like him was kept to just one scene.
If you've seen his last 6 films you'll know what I mean. The actors are sub standard and maybe that keeps old Steve in the foreground where he undoubtedly belongs but there are better ways of staying "The man".
I loved Fire Down Below and Glimmer Man. Gone are those days but I'd love to see him back with Warner and doing Under Seige 3. Oh yes he could. And for all you men out there there is a great Lesbian tease of a scene.
The first I've seen for a Steven Seagal Movie. I bet he had a hard on filming that bit.
