Review of Flashdance (1983) by Jen Tucker — 03 Sep 2008
Cheesy as it may be, it inspires me and everytime I feel lost or down I pop it in and get all happy and hopeful again. I LOVE this movie. I love the moral of never giving up on your dreams and letting people help you if they can.
I don't care if she didn't do her own dancing, it wasn't supposed to be super realistic. It's a sweet, good, inspiring movie that will always have a place on my shelf.
