Review of Flash Point (2007) by Chris W — 08 Jun 2008
A step in the right direction for Wilson Yip and Donnie Yen after their rather mediocre previous effort, Kill Zone. The action is amped up, displaying some amazing MMA work from Yen, Louis Koo, and Collin Chou, especially Yen's epic German suplex turnaround that takes some thug through a table.
It has a few typical HK policier cliches I could do without, but Flash Point is still pretty badass.
