Just an "OK" story of two Hong Kong cops and their battle with three brothers and their gang. It's a pretty run-of-the-mill cop film until the final martial arts sequence. There are few martial arts sequences at all, but even this last elaborate one left me waiting for a "WOW" moment that never came.
