Review of Flamingo Road (1949) by Sv G — 26 Apr 2010
Joan Crawford in her Warner years was in my opinion her best years even though they are later in her career. Flamingo Road is a really great story with good performances by everyone involved. Joan with a gun and a reason to get even is always a better Joan.
This melodrama will keep you entertained and it's not without the lavish costumes and leg shots that is all Joan.
