Review of Five Easy Pieces (1970) by Matthew A — 29 Mar 2013
An incredibly minimalistic, but unbelievably deep character study about a man who takes his own path in life, not the easy one laid out for him from the start. Achingly relatable to all, but profoundly moving to others, it's arguably one of the finest American films ever made.
