A small town of about 1,800, Bilin is 12 km west of Ramallah/Height of God. Over the past several years Bil'in has made headlines multiple times. Burned olive trees, a barrier to be taken down, a man shot and killed, a court ruling.
It's fascinating to see what happened from a first-person Palestinian point of view, how one's attachment to land causes so much suffering. A sad story about two neighbors that really don't get along.
