Unfortunately there were enough working cameras to create this movie. Rule number one of movie making: Be sure to keep your audience awake. The narrator makes Ben Stein sound like he has more energy than Richard Simmons.
The only reason this movie got an attention is for political reasons. I'm not saying the issue isn't important, but it is presented in the least interesting way possible.
