The "Movie Info" is misleading. Mia does not attempt to seduce her mother's boyfriend so much as he comes on to her. As well she doesn't "party" in the empty apartment so much as she dances (she drinks beer a bit, mostly alone).
the mother also takes little notice of the Mia/Connor dynamic, except to tell Mia once to put on some clothes when she's walking around in her panties. I'm wondering why the "info" is so off.
.. Any way the movie was worth watching and is a painful look at the effects of very poor parenting.
