Of course Guy Pearce gave a great performance. I quite enjoy watching him as an actor. I will agree that it was, in a way, Memento esque.
I liked the story line even if it was thought that it was slow at times. It just goes to show you that fate, in the end, always has the upper hand whether you believe in it or not.
