Review of First Snow (2006) by Ariel M — 20 Jan 2008
A pretty mediocre noir film that wrestles with all the big questions of fate and free will. Guy Ritchie is always watchable and Piper Perabo is hot enough to not dwell on how underwritten her role is, but this movie simply doesn't offer anything new.
I liked the ambiguous ending, but it will probably just piss most people off.
