Review of First Man (2018) by Lee M — 11 Oct 2018
This isn't feel good hollywood BS, these missions were dangerous and required a serious group of people to accomplish them. I got the feeling that care was taken to try accurately to portray events from Neil Armstrong's perspective, if you're a true fan of flight and engineering like me you will be in awe of the realism and attention to detail during the flight sequences as well as well the sobering portrayal of Armstrong's home life. This couldn't be further from a Ron Howard or Micheal Bay popcorn flick, no movie magic here.
P.S. If you're American and think this film is unpatriotic you haven't seen it.
