Review of First Blood (1982) by Sam S — 22 Nov 2010
First blood is a great movie, no doubt about it. You find yourself really feeling for Stallone's character, and the "bad guy's" are so very easy to hate, even though they are not the worst enemy in the grand scheme of things...
First blood has some of the best stealth schemes in the series, even predator would have had a hard time finding him.
First blood proves rule one*, which basically comes down to this: If a guy is all by himself, against all odds, then those doing the outnumbering had better watch out, cause all hell is gonna rain down upon them.
And remember, always try to watch the directors cut of all movies to get the fullest picture =D.
Evil Sam signing out.
*Rule one as denoted by Lu Tze in Terry Pratchets thief of time.
