Review of First Blood (1982) by Vanya M — 01 Apr 2012
In the 1972, M*A*S*H was released as possibly the first vietnam film ever made. This caused a bunch of vietnam movies of us winning to be made. First Blood Isn't one of those movies. But it is a emotionally strong action pack movie featuring Sylvester Stallone and a M60 Light Machine. Rambo, a vietnam vet is arrested for some bogus reason I couldn't understand and then goes on rampage around town and while he is being hunted down. Stallones part is legendary as Rambo giving us such a convincing performence we start to cry at the end of the film's tearjerker ending. The villians sometimes do not make sense but they still are good villians. There is lots of violence to fill you for excitement. This is a exciting movie.
86/100 B+.
