Are you kidding me? Drew Barrymore stars as a "5" year old cry baby who can start fires with her mind. A secret government agency wants to harness her power for purposes of evil. After a government agent shoots her dad in the neck, he gives her permission to use her powers against them.
After her father bleeds to death in a barn she incinerates all government agents. She even shoots a giant fireball at an evil scientist whose trying to escape on a golf cart at about 3 mph. Priceless.
After she incinerates the government agents, she starts crying again. This is Drew Barrymore's best performance.
