Review of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (2005) by Tim R — 24 Jul 2012
It's nonsensical plot makes it not much more than a love letter to Final Fantasy VII fans, but oh what a sweet love letter it is. And more importantly, knowing that its CGI doesn't matter here.
The characters seem like puppets, miniatures, but they have weight. They seem like real objects being manipulated by humans. The final battle between Cloud and Sephiroth is breathtakingly spectacular.
