Even as a person who has never played the previous game, I still thought Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children was a great film that had fun showing off some fantastic animation and a lot of thrilling action! I can't blame it for being a little shortchanged seeing as how it's not big budget, but it still surprised me big time.
