An excellent adaption of Welsh's classic novel. Mcavoy's portrayal of DS Bruce Robertson is convincing, funny, brutal, and at times poignant. Jon S Baird could easily have made 2 films from the one novel but I am not complaining.
This is easily the best Irvine Welsh film adaption yet.
