Review of Fight Club (1999) by Alexander A — 15 Nov 2014
I have finally seen it! I loved it in a scared but excited kind of way. I don't know if I have exactly a Tyler Durden in my life, but this film is extremely relatable. So many themes for me to take in at once.
It draws on a lot of good points as to how we just let the system control us. While I disagree with how Tyler decided to fight against the system, I am amused by this method of approach. In fact, I believe quite the opposite, that instead of telling people they are nothing, they should be shown that they can be capable of infinitely great things.
This film opens my mind to a new perspective on meeting fulfillment in life.
