I never saw the play therefore, I cannot compare the two. I would think that the two should not be compared as the mediums are different, and that's that.
I was moved by the film. Viola Davis was superb as she usually is. I want to see here happy in her next role. No tears, no earth tones, just bright and vibrant.
Denzel Washington was great. He made me dislike his actions yet understand his plight for meaning.
A movie to truly force you to think about your life actions. Do you get lost in someone? Should you get lost in someone?
