Review of Female Trouble (1976) by Marcos V — 30 Aug 2007
Immediately after the film ends, its hard to come up with words to describe it, but, then again, this is John Waters. From the first scene of a midlle aged travestite playing a rebelious teen all the way through the end (passing by stuff like mutilation, scarification, attempted rape, mass murder and intravenous eyeliner use), this film is truly hilarious--arguably even more than Water's earlier PInk Flamingos.
