Review of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) by Facebook U — 19 Mar 2015

I'll tell you right now that if you're looking for "The Wolf of Wall Street" then turn away. This isn't a fast paced movie. It's actually kind of slow, but I'll tell you it's one of the best show cases for character acting I've ever seen.

This is by far one of Johnny Depp's best movie roles. This is a film that perfectly captures the down ward spiral of over indulgence that infects many. The dialogue is sharp and well written, in fact, I think the screenplay is my favorite aspect of the movie.

I will never understand the hate for this film. It's witty and very well written as well as quite funny at times.
