Review of Fatal Attraction (1987) by Ursula K — 02 Aug 2008

Another great Adrian Lyne movie that leaves you wondering just what's gonna happen right up until the end (much like the awesome Unfaithful) Doughlas is a married man who cheats on his wife with an associate at his publishing office. Close plays Douglas's lover who turns from one night stand to total stalker. Close's performance is great, however she looks like a complete drag-queen the whole way through - Guess it's an 80's thing..

Douglas plays it well as the adulterous husband who's really chosen the wrong girl to mess with. The script is OK and you have to forgive the 80's influences. All in all a good story.
