Review of Fatal Attraction (1987) by Michael W — 17 Jul 2012
A masterpiece! Michael Douglas character Dan Gallagher cheats on his wife when a situation with a co worker arises. Gallagher has an affair for a weekend with a unbalance women. The women is a fragile and becomes obsessed with Dan.
Dan learns that she is pregnant which only makes the situation worse. The obsession and stalking starts out with the mentally ill women's phone call. Fatal attraction creates tension as the women (Alex Forrest) behavior becomes more obsessive, and crazy.
The mystery and suspense of what will happen next builds up for a great ending. I give Fatal Attraction a four out of five stars.
