Review of Fata Morgana (1972) by Jack G — 13 Aug 2007
It shouldn't work, but somehow it does, at least for me. any movie that combines a demented man obsessed with monitor lizards and (surprisingly) good Leonard Cohen music is cool is my book, but the cinematography is what does it for me- a true visual tone poem, to sound pretentious about it, and one of werner's best.
