Review of Fat Head (2009) by Frederick N — 20 Oct 2012
While technically an amateurish documentary, this film is definitely onto something. It's changed my life for the better. It doesn't have the same entertainment factor of it's big-budget rival Supersize me, but Fat Head at least tries to be honest about the subject and offers real solutions to dietary health other than simply cutting out certain fast food retailers.
A must see for anyone who thinks they know anything about health.
