This movie really didn't know what it wanted to be. It was searching for an identity but took on too many characters and back-stories to ever drive a cohesive plot. A miscast The Rock would have served better as a supporting cast member.
After the ending I shrugged my shoulders and said, "oh, that's it?". Yeah, it was a bad ending.
