Review of Fast, Cheap & Out of Control (1997) by Elizabeth L — 08 Dec 2007
Often described as a portrait of four eccentric men, this is much more ... as someone else mentioned, a meditation on consciousness, society, humanity... Each man relates to the animal world in a different way: by observing and learning, by recreating (in an additive and active way for the robots and a subtractive and static way for the topiary), or by controlling and exploiting.
Fascinating.
