Review of Fargo (1996) by Chw — 17 Jul 2014
It's amazing how some movies can so easily imitate reality by presenting a story that is simultaneously devastating and darkly funny. Fargo pulls this feat off better than most; all the characters have quirks that make them extremely entertaining to watch despite some of them committing despicable acts of violence.
Instead of being presented like a typical crime film or comedy, the film allows the viewer to be like a fly-on-the-wall left to observe the events depicted in the film.
