Review of Fargo (1996) by Grant B — 26 Apr 2014
If the actor is a vessel for the writing, then this film isn't a junk (that pun was completely intended and very much so forced). With a humorous depiction of the mid-northern culture in America, and a simple (and quite comical) crime, this film takes you right in from the start. It's the power of words and delivery.
Great cinematography, and an amazing art direction help portray the simplicity of the land while simultaneously supporting the simplicity of the story.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and honestly wonder why I haven't seen this until now!
