Great and quirky performances help deliver a twisted crime story that is involving and quite realistic. Right at the beginning, Fargo claims that it is telling the story just as it is, but that may just be the problem.
Fargo is interesting for sure, but without touches of purifying the story and smoothing its curves, Fargo ends up a little less entertaining than praised to be.
