Review of Fargo (1952) by Chris B — 11 Jan 2016
Has the Coen brother's wit and dark humor peppered throughout the drama and action which make for quite a wild twisted ride! The characters are super well developed for the amount of screen time each has and are perfectly cast for the roles.
Fargo has it all and in the end the message is simply that hope shines through all of the darkness and deceit in the world. Highly Recommended if you can handle the mature themes and violence associated with this type of film, that could be considered a modern-noir film.
In a career that is never slowling down and constantly evolving, Fargo is often considered the Coen brothers best work and while arguable, it's easy to see why.
