Review of Far from the Madding Crowd (2015) by Liesl E — 31 May 2015
I usually don't get wrapped up in period piece literary adaptations, but this one hit the spot. It's gorgeous, romantic and features a strong, independent female lead perfectly portrayed by Mulligan.
I would like to sincerely thank this movie for the introduction to Matthias Schoenaerts, who made the already wonderful Mr. Oak downright dreamy.
