Review of Far from the Madding Crowd (2015) by Jluis_001 — 06 Sep 2017
A period film with a story similar to that of a soap opera, and those are not my favorite, but the director was my main motivation to see it, certainly this is not a bad job but it does lack of several elements to make it stand out.
Vinterberg complies, he's a good director, but you cannot avoid the feeling that something did not work at all in this movie.
I do not despise it but I do not praise it either.
