Review of Far from Men (2015) by Anders A — 20 Aug 2015
David Oelhoffen puts a French-Algerian post-WW2 drama on the shoulders on danish Mortensen. Both arabian and french are spoken by Viggo without sounding ridiculous. As a ex military-Major Viggo has now found the role of a teacher in the distant mountains.
With minor luck a harsh and hard task is given to him and as he is gonna deliver a killer to justice in a distant town. Set in the Algerian dessert the images are beautiful and its very fitting to the task he is given.
Great acting and a great movie.
