Review of Far and Away (1992) by Lucas Y — 21 Jul 2010
Far and Away is so stupid that it's actually very funny. Arguably Cruise's worst performance along with 'Last Samurai', but at least the character is fun in this. His attempt at an Irish accent is so bad.
The fight scenes where he's doing his swinging punches is hilarious. I just don't know how Howard pulled it off. A movie that's not supposed to be funny but is.
