Review of Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007) by Rick D — 06 Jan 2013

I've heard some poo-poo reviews of this one but I enjoyed it as a purely popcorn film. It's possible that, because they didn't have to do the origin bits this time and it was all character and super-heroics, it was an easier pill to swallow.

It was also only 92 minutes long, which makes it a small investment of time. There are enough good moments for me to ignore the silly gags and hackneyed plot contrivances. Worth checking out if you like simple action/adventure movies.
