Better than the first due to a killer villain...good special effects also. It's just hard to take these movies seriously. ..The acting and rhetoric are extremely cheesy....Chris Evans is pretty good here but other than that the movie is too silly for me.
..The plot just doesn't click and it seems like a joke at times.
