Review of Fantastic Four (2015) by Shaina M — 26 Jan 2016

I don't even know where to begin. I generally don't take the time to do written reviews. I just give it some stars and I'm done. This time I couldn't help myself. I didn't bother to see this movie in theatres but knew eventually I would rent it just to see how bad it truly is.

I am a huge Marvel fan and I admit I am super excited every time a new movie is coming out. At one point I was excited for this movie but needless to say that quickly turned into disappointment. The adaption was confusing and lacked those moments that draw you in and hold you.

It lacked effort and you could see that there was no love for this project. The graphics were decent but honestly there was nothing unique. There were no little quips that bring out laughter or a tear to your eye.

The action was completely lacking and the dialogue was lazy. Marvel should have just set the script on fire at least then no one would have been subject to what was honestly a mistake, money pit, and disgrace to the movie franchise they have been trying to build over the last 10 years.

If I could get my $1.62 back from Redbox and rate with zero stars I would.
